The apartment is situated approximately 200 yards from the beach and is within easy walking distance of Estepona Port with its bustling cafes and Sunday market. Estepona town is only a 15 minute walk away but there are frequent buses to the town and to Marbella and surrounding places of interest.

Regrettably this apartment is only available to two adults maximum (non smokers) with no pets.

Holiday Rental is £300 per week or part thereof, April 1 to September 30 . £200 per week or part thereof, Oct 1 to March 31. All linen provided and changed weekly

Terms: 50% deposit with booking (non refundable ) with remainder upon arrival.
